Kiato Industries stock Large Portable Counter hardware. Utilising MDF top and bottom with aluminium screw in poles.

The aluminium poles simply slide together and have reinforced screws at the end of each pole. MDF tops and bottoms fold out to make the almost 2m wide size and have a small groove running around the outside edge for your print to insert using a silicon bead. Why not add a zip to the back of your prints so your clients can use the inside space for storage of the counters.

Hardware details for your Large Portable Counter frame:

Firstly – lightweight and excellent execution. Upright poles are made of a 32mm diameter aluminium alloy tube, which packs inside two carrying bags and can be very easy to carry for any event. The tube frame is perfectly anodized therefore making it a high quality product. The MDF base and top is 20mm thick, with the top panel including black laminate.

Secondly – tool-free assembly as the whole frame connects with the poles sliding together and the top and bottom of the connected poles screwing into the MDF tops and bottom. Stand the frame up as a result you get the quickest set up at any event. Slide the graphic over the frame and push the silicon bead into the groove.

How to typically use your Large Portable Counter :

The graphics for the counter hardware is finished with a 5mm silicon bead along the top and bottom edges. Because of the ease of assembly using a slip over style , frames are assembled by one person in 5-8 mins.
